What We’ll Cook
Mediterranean Potato, Olive & Spinach Salad
Tender new potatoes with sun-blush tomatoes, olives and fresh spinach. A vibrant Mediterranean-style salad that keeps well in the fridge and is ready to serve straight from the container.
Roasted Vegetable Quinoa Salad with Tahini Dressing
Quinoa with roasted fennel, peppers and aubergine, finished with a rich, creamy tahini dressing. This salad develops even more flavour as it rests, making it perfect for preparing ahead and enjoying during the week.
Tenderstem Broccoli, Soy & Seed Salad with Pickled Chillies
Crisp tenderstem broccoli with toasted seeds, a savoury soy dressing and bright pickled chillies that add freshness and a gentle kick.
