SARDINIA • 15th TO 19th OCTOBER 2026
Men's Retreat in Sardinia
Outer adventures · Inner journeys
Imagine walking along the Sardinian seashore to the sound of gently breaking waves, with a light breeze cooling your face. You’ll be enjoying your own still silent space of calm contemplation, or chit-chatting with the good man by your side as you enter our lush gardens, or our quietly crackling fire circle with sparks lifting to the stars.
No pressure to perform
We invite you to step away from the noise of mainstream life, screens and thoughts that distract you from your inner space, that’s forever present to guide you with wisdom and love.

Food is at the heart of our retreat. Paul, our wellbeing chef, will lovingly prepare food to nourish body, mind and spirit.
-

Outer adventure
As adventures unfold, we’ll tune in to the elements and our own personal essence amidst Roman ruins, medieval memories and memories of our own.
-

Inner journey
Meditation, Qigong and deeper spaces held by Kenny and Alessandro with lightness and laughter on tap. Take part if you wish.
-

Brotherhood
There will be no pressure to perform. No previous retreat experience is necessary, just a willingness to slow down and embrace the experience.
Kenny, Paul and Alessandro invite you to join us in the heart of Sardinia, to be held by nature, inspired by the elements, and to meet your true self beyond thoughts and personality.
Food is at the heart of our retreat. Paul - our wellbeing chef and a rock in the MenSpeak community - will lovingly prepare food to nourish body, mind and spirit using fresh, seasonal, locally sourced organic ingredients of the highest quality celebrating the flavours and traditions of Sardinia.
You’ll also experience the island’s culinary culture amongst Sardinian families and friends, as we invite you to a meal at a typical local restaurant.
There will be no pressure to achieve, perform, or become someone different. No previous retreat experience is necessary, just a willingness to slow down and embrace the experience, respecting your own needs, boundaries and comfort.
As adventures unfold, we’ll tune in to the elements and our own personal essence amidst Roman ruins, Medieval memories and memories of our own as we follow our feelings back and set our spirits free, guided and safely held by Kenny.
Meditation, Qigong, regular check-ins and deeper spaces will be held by Kenny, with lightness and laughter on tap. Native Sardinian and respected MenSpeak man Alessandro has taught Qigong and grounding for decades.
This is not a doing retreat, it will be a sacred space for us to slow down, connect with the natural rhythm of the island, the natural rhythm of our selves ~ and simply be.
When we commune with enchanted surroundings in such stillness, our self-alignment and collective consciousness enable us to notice life’s guidance and clearly hear life’s whisperings through our soul. Clarity gracefully follows.
