Good food has always been central to how I live and work. I believe it’s one of the purest ways to support health, energy, and connection — and today that belief underpins everything I do as a Retreat and Event Chef.
Whether I’m cheffing for wellbeing retreats, therapist training days, or corporate team-building events, my aim is the same: to create seasonal, locally sourced meals made from fresh, farm-to-table ingredients that nourish both body and mind. Each dish is prepared with care to leave guests feeling energised, grounded, and looked after.
In recent years, I’ve cheffed for a variety of retreats and events across the Peak District — including community-based projects such as Mentell and professional wellbeing days within the NHS. Now based in the South West, I’m expanding my reach to bring this same approach to new venues and communities throughout the region.
Every retreat or event is unique, which is why I offer a full consultation to design menus and timings that align with your vision and the flow of your day. All meals are prepared and cooked on site and served with attention to detail — with all washing up and clear-down handled, so you can stay fully present with your guests.
Alongside event cheffing, I also offer interactive cooking lessons and nutrition workshops, helping individuals and groups explore how to prepare healthy, energising meals at home. This side of my work blends my background as a personal trainer, chef, and coach, bringing food and wellbeing together in a practical, inspiring way.
