Men's Group Central London
Saturday 25th April | 2:00pm–4:30pm
Held by Paul & MattWhether it’s your first time or you’ve been to men’s groups before, you’ll be welcomed into a circle of men gathering together in Central London. A space to hang out, be heard, and get real — without pressure or performance.
Do you ever feel like you lack purpose, direction, or a sense of belonging?
This group is an opportunity to pause and explore who you really are, who you no longer need to be, and how you want to show up in your life.
We speak honestly about what’s going on.
We listen without interrupting or fixing.
We grow through real conversation — beyond the masks many of us wear. There’s no pecking order. No judgement. No advice-giving.
You can always say “pass” when it’s your turn. Many men cope through self-criticism, overthinking, work, distraction, drink, or unhealthy habits. As Johann Hari said, “The opposite of addiction is not sobriety; the opposite of addiction is connection.” This space exists to offer that connection.
We support each other to become more grounded, more authentic men — and take that back into our families, work, and communities.

(email me to book a trial for this group)
Held by Paul H. and Nuradin
This is a small, committed online men’s group for those who want consistency, depth, and accountability over time.
We meet on the fourth Tuesday of each month from 7:00pm to 9:00pm via Zoom.
This is not a drop-in space. Participants commit to a six-month term to allow trust, safety, and meaningful connection to build within the group.
In this space, we:
Share honestly about what’s happening in our lives
Listen without interruption or advice-giving
Support one another in taking responsibility and growing in authenticity
Build steady, grounded accountability over time
There is no pressure to perform. You can always say “Pass” when it’s your turn to speak.
Investment
£20 per month for six months (£120 total commitment)Before joining, you will be invited to attend a trial session so we can ensure we are the right fit for each other. If moving forward, participants agree to the group’s ground rules to help maintain confidentiality, respect, and accountability within the space.
We currently have a couple of spaces available.
If you’re interested, get in touch to arrange an initial conversation.

Men's Space Walks and Events in Derbyshire
Join us on a 2 hour evening walk from the historic Cromford Mills in the Derbyshire Peak District.
Our 6.0km route starts and finishes at Cromford Wharf adjacent to Cromford Mills in the village of Cromford, near Matlock, in the Derbyshire Peak District national park. We’ll take in a section of Cromford Canal towpath between Cromford Wharf and High Peak Junction and also some of the footpaths through Bow Wood at Lea Bridge.
The walk starts at 6.30pm and some of the route may be in the dark, so please bring a torch.
Men’s Space provides a safe space for men to relax, re-charge and reflect by enjoying energising scenery, activities and experiences, great food and even greater conversations with like-minded people.
We run regular monthly evening ‘Check In events in and around the Derbyshire Peak District National Park. The nature of the content, location and activities is defined as much by you as by us. We also run weekend activity events and residential retreats.
Men’s Space is not; a clinical therapy group, a group for or against men or women, a religious group, a political group, a dating group, a selling/preaching platform or a group of anything apart from whatever those attend make it.
