  • Men's Space - Giants Hole Caving - Peak District

Join the guys from Men’s Space on the 4th March for an evening caving trip near Castleton village in the Derbyshire Peak District.

We’ll be exploring a section of Giants Hole, a natural limestone ‘wild cave’ (not a tourist Show Cave) guided by Professional cave leader Malc Lawson from https://www.truthandtrustadventure.co.uk/.

The caving trip starts at 6.30pm and we expect to be underground for approx 90 minutes. We’ll follow a small stream off the surface as it flows through ‘walking sized’ passages with a few rock scrambles and a couple of low sections until the underground cave passage becomes very large and impressive.
There’s a £10 per person charge for this trip to cover provision of protective clothing, lighting and insurance. If you’re interested in joining us, please click the link below for the booking page

  • Men's Group Central London

    Saturday 21st March | 2:00pm–4:30pm
    Held by Paul & Matt

Whether it’s your first time or you’ve been to men’s groups before, you’ll be welcomed into a circle of men gathering together in Central London. A space to hang out, be heard, and get real — without pressure or performance.

Do you ever feel like you lack purpose, direction, or a sense of belonging?

This group is an opportunity to pause and explore who you really are, who you no longer need to be, and how you want to show up in your life.

We speak honestly about what’s going on.
We listen without interrupting or fixing.
We grow through real conversation — beyond the masks many of us wear.

There’s no pecking order. No judgement. No advice-giving.
You can always say “pass” when it’s your turn.

Many men cope through self-criticism, overthinking, work, distraction, drink, or unhealthy habits. As Johann Hari said, “The opposite of addiction is not sobriety; the opposite of addiction is connection.” This space exists to offer that connection.

We support each other to become more grounded, more authentic men — and take that back into our families, work, and communities.

  • Closed Online Men’s Group

Held by Paul H. and Nuradin

This is a small, committed online men’s group for those who want consistency, depth, and accountability over time.

We meet on the fourth Tuesday of each month from 7:00pm to 9:00pm via Zoom.

This is not a drop-in space. Participants commit to a six-month term to allow trust, safety, and meaningful connection to build within the group.

    In this space, we:

Share honestly about what’s happening in our lives

    Listen without interruption or advice-giving

Support one another in taking responsibility and growing in authenticity

Build steady, grounded accountability over time

There is no pressure to perform. You can always say “Pass” when it’s your turn to speak.

    Investment
£20 per month for six months (£120 total commitment)

Before joining, you will be invited to attend a trial session so we can ensure we are the right fit for each other. If moving forward, participants agree to the group’s ground rules to help maintain confidentiality, respect, and accountability within the space.

We currently have a couple of spaces available.

If you’re interested, get in touch to arrange an initial conversation.
