DadSpeak - Dad's group
“A Space to Talk, Listen and Learn”
What does being a father mean to you — as a dad, stepdad, father-to-be, or father figure?
It can be confusing. You’re told to be strong, yet vulnerable. Protective, yet empowering. Authoritative, yet playful. The expectations can feel endless.
DadSpeak offers a space to explore what matters to you as a father. You’ll be joined by others who are facing similar challenges — from sleepless nights and teenagers testing limits, to co-parenting, sex after kids, and grown-up children at home.
We’re not here to give expert advice. We’re here to listen, share, and grow — together. Whether you're navigating early parenthood or facing new challenges with adult children, this is a space for real, open conversation.

Closed Men’s & Dads Groups
These small, confidential groups offer men a consistent space to show up, speak honestly, and be witnessed — over six months of deep connection and shared growth.
Whether you’re navigating fatherhood, life changes, relationships, or just want somewhere real to land each month, these closed groups create a strong container for that.
How it works:
Groups run online once a month, from 7–9pm
You commit to a 6-month term, creating trust and consistency
Cost: £20-25 per month (paid as £120-£150 upfront)
Each group is facilitated by two experienced men (myself included)
You’ll also be part of a private WhatsApp group for check-ins between sessions
Some of the most powerful friendships and moments I’ve witnessed have come from these closed spaces. No fixing, no pressure — just honest men, showing up and doing the work.

Men’s Space – Men’s Wellbeing Network
Men’s Space offers time out from the noise — a safe, open place for men to relax, recharge, and reflect.
Through energising landscapes, shared activities, great food, and even greater conversations, we create experiences that support connection, wellbeing, and personal growth.
What We Offer:
Monthly evening ‘Check-In’ events held in and around the Derbyshire Peak District
Weekend activity events that combine movement, nature, and meaningful conversation
Residential retreats designed to deepen connection and offer space for reflection
Each event is shaped as much by those who attend as by those who host. This isn’t about fixing or performing — it’s about being real, being present, and meeting life as it is.
What Men’s Space is not:
This is not a clinical therapy group, religious or political group, dating platform, or place to sell or preach. It’s not for or against men or women.
It’s simply a space created by the men who show up — and shaped by what matters to them.
