A weekly small-group running session for absolute beginners or those returning after a break.

What We Do
Warm-ups that loosen hips, glutes, calves, and feet
Run–walk intervals (super gentle, based on your level)
Technique basics: posture, cadence, foot strike
Breathing and pacing tips
A simple weekly plan to follow between sessions
Miss a week? No problem — the full plan is shared so you can catch up
Optional WhatsApp support for check-ins and encouragement

You will be required to complete a PAR-Q (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) at your first session. This helps ensure the sessions are safe and suitable for you.
