    A weekly small-group running session for absolute beginners or those returning after a break.
    Focus: technique, breathing, pacing, confidence, and building your base fitness.

    People who want to get fitter but hate gyms

    Anyone who feels nervous running alone

    Busy parents who want structure and accountability

    People who want to run 3km, 5km or simply “run without stopping”

    What we do

    Warm-ups that loosen hips, glutes, calves, and feet

    Run–walk intervals (super gentle, based on your level)

    Technique basics: posture, cadence, foot strike

    Breathing and pacing tips

    A simple weekly plan to follow between sessions

    Optional WhatsApp support for check-ins + encouragement
